Cedric Ireland

As Secretary and General Counsel of Scout Clean Energy, Cedric manages all aspects of the company’s legal affairs, including corporate governance, contracting, dispute resolution and liaising with outside counsel. Cedric has over 12 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, having previously served as General Counsel of Leeward Renewable Energy, Counsel at RES Americas and Compass Wind, and Associate at Husch Blackwell. Cedric holds a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Pomona College.
